Any of you folks out there know what stereo wires go where on J plate ?

Got the acc switched feed, but have no idea about all the speaker wires, which colour goes where?

Only really worried about the front speakers. Not worried about powered ariels etc.

yeah, but 4 speakers = 8 wires, and then theres figuring out just where in the motor said speaker is. there are 24 different ways of wiring up 4 speakers :( the missus has enough trouble with the stereo without the FR speaker actually being connected to the RL output etc :)

did that, but aftermarket speakers has resulted in black & black/white on all 4 speakers, and goodness knows what else actually in the console :(
Cant even see where the splices are unless I start pulling trim off everywhere.

guess its off to the motor factors in the morning for a powerprobe.

yea that will be fun to do. pop down to halfod and have a look through a hayes manual at the wiring diagrams and make a note of the colour codes for the speaker wires. cheaper that going to a stealship. or ask halfords to fit it for you should still be cheaper.

USE A TRIPLE A BATTERY, THE 1.5 VOLT TYPE, AND BUZZ THE WIRES OUT WITH THEM    , WHEN A CONNECTION IS MADE A CLICK IS HEARD FROM THE SPEAKER,   I HAVE DONE THIS MANY TIMES ON EXPENSIVE SPEAKERS/SYSTEMS NO WORRIES,   GODD LUCK,     ONLY TRY THIS ON SPEAKER WIRES ,, NOT POWER WIRES!!!!!
