just remebered why I hate....

...taking public transport.
Had to get the bus home from work tonight as lurch is in for some work.
What can I say apart from a journey that normaly takes 45 minutes took 2 hours.
smelly,noisy,dirty,

smelly , dirty,noisy ....hang on that sounds almost familiar  

Joking apart though had to take 2 buses and would of also had to use metro rail link if hadnt managed to get a lift of one of the lads at work which would of added more time as nearest metro station to where I work is a 45 minute walk.
The goverment want us to leave our cars at home and use more public transportation :?:
Yeah like thats going to happen.

i needed to get from cambridge to chorley on the train

4 changes 54 quid later and 6 hours of travelling i get there eventually, all the trains i catch were late too :(

I vaguely recall using public transport many many years ago - I believe it was the one called - Bus - sounds like they haven't improved. :?

As for the train - well up here all I can say is you're likely to find it running a bit late and you seem to always end up in the carriage with the still drunk from last night, can't speak need to shout (even though my mate is right next to me) oilrig roughnecks :shock: .

Yeah I fully agree public transport is a pipe dream they'll never persuade me to go back to it.  :lol:  :lol:
