how do you picture infinity.

if you were to take every star you can see away from infinity, you would still have infinity left.

If you want something to *really* get your head around.....


Many of the objects we see in the night sky aren't actually there any more.

They are so far away, that they already died years ago, and we are just seeing the light from them.    When you consider that light travels at around 186,000 miles per *second* then you can start to work out just how far away these things are !
