i May be wrong but is 3 cold, ice  takes up much more space and is less dense than water - hence it floats.

The cog is a point where a car / bike/ anything would be balanced. You can calculate it by weighing the vehicle then each wheel and adding some formulas...not that i could be bothered....according to Rolla this is normally found to be roughly where the cig lighter is - weird.

Binary code, it is the most basic form of communication which is why when NASA launched the voyager spacecraft all marks and recordings are in binary
