I went to visit them on Saturday to get my snorkel and chequer plate...... they were very good. Asked if I had an arial cos it made a difference to the snorkel fitting and I asked about bumperettes for the back....... guy told me "They wont fit your Td5 love, wrong bolt configuration!" Most people would have sold me them anyway

I've used Paddocks on a number of occasions. Last 2 orders had parts missing though, a bit dissapointing. However, correction of the errors in both cases was polite and efficient. We all make mistakes, but the key is to correct those mistakes in an efficient manner and they certainly do that in my experience.

when going to the alps last year we went to paddocks with a shopping list, they told us not to take the really expensive things as we might not need them and they could UPS them to us. as it happens we didn't need them so they saved us a lot of money!

I used to live up at Alfreton and essentially all parts for my first hybrid i built were from there and with the exception of a mix up on shock sizes they have always been really good to me, i wouldn't and couldn't find a bad word to say about them.

Silly things make me happy like going through the doors there and saying things like " you know the little thingy that goes to that bit what looks like a T shape thing have you got the washer for it?" and they know what i mean and they have the part.

coveting everything there is fun too
