Will defender shocks and springs fit a Discovery 200??

Only I have been offered some for my Disco

If they are for a 90 they will fit (110's have bigger rear springs) but as to wether the spring ratings would suit,  they might be a little soft as a disco is heavier than a 90.

are they to lift it mate cos i might be selling mine soon and reverting back to just doing a body lift instead  :roll: they are procomp +2's

getting fed up with the grief i am getting since lifting it...(bad vibrations thru car ..i am gonna try to sort out whatever is causing the problem but if i can't i gonna take it all off and resort back to my heavy duty standard hieght springs and shox and just lift the body  :(
