Mmm, it's a funny colour!

See, I told you Range Rover 'Rostyle' wheels would look okay on a Sankey.

Thanks, but no Andy, but it's got to useable with the father-in-laws Mondeo (& possibly the Fabia)

£5 + £3 insurance for the p+p on the washers.
Someone is having a laugh.
I reckon they, like many others, are getting their paypal charges back by adding to the p+p.

I'm slowly going off ebay. Especially with all of the withdrawn items especially vehicles.
I am advertising the item elsewhere and reserve the right to blah blah blah load of crap!

Yeah... its much harder to withdraw a bid; "Sorry, saw a better car advertised somewhere else."

No, the one that really gets my goat is when your selling something and you get the rush of bids 30 seconds from the end. In a real auction the auctioneer would have carried on until no-one would bid anymore.

Withdraw a bid and you'll get caned for it unless the seller realises you're genuine.
But sellers withdraw vehicles every day. Items other than vehicles now have the "I have this advertised elsewhere" line.

Personally I bid what I consider my top bid with seconds to go. If I win I was the highest bidder. If not I go elsewhere but bidding wars don't work in the buyers favour neither does gotta have it bidding when you exceed what you were goign to pay.

Didn't Yahoo used to keep auctions running for x minutes after the last bid in case other bids came in?

Yes, If a bid was placed in the last few mins it would add a couple of mins
on to the auction time.... Very anoying..
