The alternative I took, was to use an existing chassis, strip it, repair any bits (most parts you can get off the shelf) and take it to a galv shop yourself.I bought a 110 chassis off ebay that required a new rear X member and an outrigger, replaced them (never done it before) and took it to a galv place in Hereford, the whole thing cost about £600.I'm sure a 90 would be a bit cheaper!It only took a few weeks from start to finish!

Just waiting for them to get back to me.Paul
Bargain, its got to be worth more than that in scrap value due to its wieght!!
