R/Ws are Rear range rover police issue springs. If you fir rears all round the flex is tops but you get a free lift with them aswell so ya need a set of Pro Comps +2 to go with them aswell. They are a very soft spring but they are so good at keeping all 4 on the ground. Only downer about them is the rear sits down about a inch may be more but I just welded some Box section under the spring Plate and strenghthened it up....sits nive now and high.

Defenders have to be one of they coolest freakin 4X4s ever made.  They are my second favorite.  A 1969 Ford Bronco is my favorite, followed by a Defender, then a SAS'd Montero Sport.  (Which I've only seen one of!)
