Bloomin' stupid suzuki!
« on: September 13, 2006, 08:23:38 »
Ok so after SWMBO's little 'prang' on sunday she has decided she doesnt want a 'car' but a 4x4 :D:D:D:D:D, so we spent last night on EBAY looking at vitaras, fronteras etc.. found a few nice ones
BUT
after deciding she likes the VITARA, we discovered they are only 4 seaters - if we want a 5 seater we have to get a LWB (which she doesnt like the look of), has anyone ever thought about -or actually converted one toa 5 seater, whether by transplanting another rear seat or by other means???

looking @ ours emmm... it would be a very tight fit for 3 in the back...

but i supose you could measure up the bench style seat the lwb have and see if it would fit in the swb.. there be putting a new seat belt in and everything like that..

Yes, but its probably safer for him to brand Suzuki as stupid rather than the wifes desicion for a swb 5 seater.

SWMBO wanted a 4x4 but hates driving Blue, so we tried Frelanders, Suzuki's, Isuzus etc.  She would have liked a 90 but money just didn't allow.

Anyway, a mate was selling his 300TDi RRC but having tried both Blue and RRR she wasn't having any of it.

Turned up one day in the thing anyway, after a bit of a strop (which ended "you're driving it home or we stop here all night") we weren't speaking, 'till about half way home
"so how much does he want for it then?"

havn't had the keys back of her since
