Got a rover in for an mot the other day, nobody seemed willing to do too much on it though, check the speedo reading :twisted:

Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40

Do you remember the stories a few years ago about a Capri(?) that had a '666' registration & was totally unreliable & (allegedly) electrocuted mechanics with a disconetted battery, etc......???

had a bike once with 666 on the plate it was a total beast never once went wrong had a few near misses (rider error) its all mumbojumbo its only 3 numbers

Yes. I laughed because the Renault 11 Auto I had at the time had just made its gearbox exploed by shifting down into 1st at 80 and seizing. The Vin had 666666 in it :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

The best of it was this car is driven by an 80 year old pensioner, and the flaming thing went straight through the mot, absolutely nothing to even advise :shock:

:) I had a truck in at work omce the serial no. on the tacho was 1366613 i looked after that vehicle for 6 years never a problem...
