any body know if a snorkel from a 200tdi/300tdi will fit a 2.5n/a c reg?
if only i was as intelligent as i look!

:D 200 tdi should fit 300 tdi won't fit always saying your intake exits through the wing on the passenger side?? :?

hmm,was thinkin of bringing it out the o/s wing vent,just because it's not doing owt.the n/s is a breater for the heater box!i'm sure i've seen it done without cutting into the wing.maybe wrong tho!

:? Are you sure it's the heater coming out the side of the wing? the heater usually comes out the top?? :?

thats what i meant! :oops: the n/s wing grille is for the heater.whereas the o/s ain't doing owt constructive!

Just fitted a universal snorkle from rebel to my 84 2 1/4 petrol, had to drill the top of the wing on the passenger side and it was a sod connecting the flexi hose due to the heater box being in the way but not impossible. As mine's a soft top the passenger now has a loud carb sucking noise coming from the windscreen post  :lol:

You could make any ninety/oneten/defender snorkel fit pretty easily with a bit of flexible pipe.

got a wolf tdi fitted? if so, then theres the answer :) they have more breathers than regular tdi's
