I've got a '02 Disco V8 that mists up constantly unless i've got the air-con on.
What can i do to remedy this?  I dont want to run the air-con constantly so does anyone know what can be done to cure this problem...

Sounds like you have a damp car, does it use any coolant ,the heater matrix could be leaking..

If you have a portable  de-humidifier unit for the house, you could put it in the motor for the night plugged into an extension lead, nad let it run, it will at least dry out the motor

Sounds like a good feel around though to find any wet/damp patches though

It could be the heater box drains underneath that are blocked, there's a pipe with a flattened end comes down either side of the transmission tunnel, they usualy get clogged with leaves etc, nip underneath and squeeze the pipe but be ready for a cold shower when the gunk runs down your arm.

The interior of the car is bone dry. No leaks at all. I will try the heater box drain under the car.

Is it fiited with a pollen filter as it might need changing!
