This video clip is awesome.

A disco 3 sat nav navigating a herculees across an ocean at over 300mph 6000ft up. WOW

What bothers me about the ad to do with this, said that it was the Disco 3.  No, it wasn't the Disco 3, it was the sat nav which just so happens to be fitted to the Disco 3.  :roll:

Well seeing as the disco 3 was put in the plane, and it was this that had the sat nav fitted (and was designed for it) i'd say it was the D3 that navigated it over the trip :)

Dont knock it

My mate went on holiday in Turkey last month, took his pda with tomtom 5 with him and eastern europe map on it, said it was great, until he went on a boat and the arrow was all over the place :lol:

Good advert for Denso I guess....but HOW did they get the D3 to get the signal properly? The antenna doesn't work in a tunnel.....

Surely it didnt have anything to do with the Landy/Transit,
could of put that system on a palet and done the same thing,
