If it's white with that kind of mileage there is a good chance it is maybe ex police and will have been well maintained - maybe worth asking seller
Must agree with the farmer mind - plenty around for that sort of money that don't have huge mileage

the price of disco really are dropping alot, i reckon due to this anti 4x4 drive from the government the price of all 4 x 4's will drop loads more as less people want to own them

And it's the wrong time of year to sell, right time to buy though.

haggle down a bit and break the disco for parts. keep the off roading stuff and put on another disco. may even make a profit.

OR

The disco may have had an engine rebuild at some point. My rover 620i has got 216k on the clock but engine was rebuilt at 180k do it is a relatively new engine. It may run really nice and if you have a full service history then why not check it out.

I have every single bill and work done from all owners of my rover (AA, my dad, me :D )

Just because a car has high mileage doesnt mean it is a no go-er in my books. Just means you could be the 1 laughing when in 5 years time it is still going and you got a bargain!!!

at 250k its just being broken in!  These engines if well maintained will go on forever!  obviously its been well maintained to get it this far down its life.  i would say have a look at it, look over the engine and see how it looks.

NO too many people are trying to do this you will be very lucky to get £600 back on that (that excludes cost of disco and your time)
