Hows about a thread with piccies showing us how deep you've taken your truck!
Prizes will range from a 69p air freshener to a whole can of WD40
This is the only (feeble) effort I have to offer (& it's not even me) but I'm sure if the "gettin' some flex" thread is anything to go by, you bunch of posers will soon fill this one up LOL!!!!

So Come on, lets have the deepest, hydraulic-lock-inducing, thank-god-I-fitted-that-snorkel pics you've got  :D

Pic taken on Strata Florida last year.
No it doesn't have a snorkel.
Yes it eventually drove out under its own power.
Yes it did get wet inside
and no the multichanger under the seat isn't waterproof!!!!

I don't have a photo, but I did have my 200Tdi Disco up to a couple of inches above the door mirrors in water, and the spare tyre was totally underwater.  That wasn't a bow wave either, cos I wasn't moving at the time, as the damn truck was floating.  The snorkel did its job perfectly.

The only casualties were my camera, and the underwear of the passengers.

Was a lil deeper than that just back where the 90 is :) Trouble is, Zooks float :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Bakewell ford - December 2005

No snorkel fitted - sloping riverbed meant I could keep the corner with the 'airbox' out of the water.

All good fun    But wet carpets afterwards
