bloody cold in here
« on: October 19, 2004, 19:42:53 »
The pipes to the heater matrix have been bypassed, making me think that the matrix is knackered.
someone told me to "re connect it and chuck a load of radweld in it"
someone else told me " what ever ya do, do NOT use radweld!!!"
I'm confused now!
I can get a new matrix for £70, I think i'll go this route! apparently there are two sizes. Is there anyway of finding out the size without removing the complete dash??
F.Y.I I have a 93 LSE 4.2 (as it says below!)

from past experience the heater matrix is an absolute pig to change. yours might go easier though.
