does anyone know how do remove a fuel filter fitted to a k plate v8 disco with out kinking the pipes ? looking at my filter it looks as if it has never been changed and i think it is in need of having to be done  does anyone have any experiance  of dealing with this problem as am nervous of bu##ering up the pipes manythanks

If the pipes give up the ghost it was meant to be.  If they are metal then they are ready for swapping and if they break during the transplant then that's the proof.

IIRC you can take the front pipe off first then spind the can forewards away from the rear pipe.
