K750i help please!
« on: December 25, 2006, 12:49:34 »
Firstly, merry christmas to all.  8)

This morning, santa brought me a Sony Ericsson K750i, and I can't work out how to put images and songs onto it from the computer. I've installed all of the devices and software that was on the disc, but when I go into the "Sony Ericsson file manager" it just says nothing is connected, when the phone is plugged in via the USB cable. I tried loading them with Windows Media Player but it uses different file types to the ones that the phone can "read". Does anybody know how I could possibly fix this?

get the computer to reconise the phone first. somtimes this have to be done in the right order.
follow the instruction by the letter, and somtimes it takes a while for the phone to get connected, after then it should up load everything ok.

putting videos on my motorola peble takes forever, ( two hours for a three minute video) so maybe give it a chance.

Dont use the sony file manager, go into My Computer and the phone should be displayed as a removable disc

Well, I tried it by the My documents > drag and drop method, but the phone doesn't read Windows Media Player files. Does anybody know how I could convert my WMP files into either MP3 or WAV files?
