Hi everyone. Does anybody know of anyone who fits the late model TD5 lights to a 300TDi? I know it can be done and can be quite tricky and would have a go myself but have nowhere to do it and use the car everyday so need it doing quickly. Also I suspect my sunroof drain is blocked as it's leeking in in the drivers footwell but I'm a bit apprehensive about taking the headlining out again any help would be appreciated.
Second Disco 300Tdi and loving it !

Cheers

you can fit the lights to a 300tdi but its not a job for the faint hearted once you cut to fit theres no going back, fingers mclean on here has done it to his and it looks cool but if you speak to him its not a nice job

Thanks for the info. Been to the site and it's a bit too pricey for me. I'd heard it was a tricky job. Think I'll have to shelve the idea for now. Thanks all.

I have a set of 2003 onwards light units and was thinking of doing this eventually.  I was actually thinking of getting hold of a TD5 front wing and seeing if they fit the 300.

I currently have early td5 lights with clear indicators.  But then, I am nuts, I also have a 2004 TD5 steeringwheel and airbag and electric folding wing mirrors activated by the mirror switch.

So far its cost a small fortune but I am in love with her !

I want that bonnet scoop !!!!  Where did that come from ?!?!?!?!?!

The wing on the Td5 disco is longer
You could get hold of one to see the cuts you'd have to make though
Just a thought

Hmmmm.  My DI has headlight levelling (which is adjusted via a switch on the dash) and the headlights have a little ball-joint on the bottom left corner which connects to the actuator.  Do early Disco II headlights have this ball-joint too?  I'd like to fit DII headlights! :D
