95 D1 ABS fault code number?
« on: January 14, 2007, 01:29:04 »
I have a 2-3 fault code even after getting a clear code after driving around the block. ABS light never goes out. This is not a mistake and 3-2 code.
It will start out with two long blinks, short blank, short blink, short blank then 2 short blinks, short blank then 3 blinks. It repeats again but starts with one long blink, short blank, short blink then fault blink numbers.
Any ideas as I can not find this fault code?

Thanks in advance. Carl.

I had exactly the same problem and it turned out to be a wheel sensor had failed, replaced it and problem gone.

They are expensive though, mine was £125 from Devon 4x4, but LR wanted £180 plus VAT.

If anyone knows for sure what a 2-3 code is, we should add it to the workshop article that I posted a while back as that code is not on the list and I can't find it anywhere on the web either. A broken sensor should show up as 4-12 to 4-15 indicating which sensor has failed.  :?
