Rear Body Crossmember Replacement

After getting one rear mounting replaced on the body crossmember and finding that there wasn't much left of the crossmember itself, the other side has now collapsed.  
So I've ordered a complete new crossmember to get it sorted once and for all.
My rear floor is also on it's last legs so I've ordered a new one of those as well and will do it at the same time.

Now, I've seen the "How To" on replacing the floor but does anyone know if there is one for the rear body crossmember?
Also, if I get it done but a local garage - based on your experiences, how much is it likely to cost, for the crossmember & floor that is.

              Changed my rear crossmember and floor last month, once the floor is out, ( took mine out with a hammer and chistle ) all can be seen,
just grind off old mountings and weld new on, ( don't use a small mig  welder, a 180 / 250 stick welder will do the job ok, use 2.5mm 3065 rods
on about 60/70 amps) the fuel tank should come off but if covered with a fire blanket it should be ok. but be carefull it's plastic. it took me a day to change mine, and i am a welder, so a garage may take 2/3/ days, it's not a bad job to do, if you need any advice pm me.

Just done my boot floor, was'nt too hard to do. be carefull when your drilling the spot welds out on the old floor you don't drill into the petrol tank :oops:
