Britain's Worst Weather
« on: January 30, 2007, 16:23:08 »
There's a new 4-part series starting on Channel 4 this Saturday at 8:05 with Nick Middleton called Britain's Worst Weather.

This week it's looking at Floods, mainly Boscastle and Carlisle, but will also look at the causes of storms, lightning and snow.

I was involved with some of the filming as they used the Coastguard tug and helicopter from Stornoway for part of the episode on storms. So if you fancy seeing what sort of weather we get up here then keep an eye out.

I hope they cover the Pennines.  Because we get some rather unpleasant weather here.
