noooooo dont get fedimasnot speed rated even for a series 3  stay away  if it was me in your shoes.. id be going this route get set of 265/75 insassave pennys....fit a rear arb locker and h/d h/s's.....save pennys again, fit std 24 spline front diff and h/d h/s's and keep std cv'srun that set up which is awesome then when insas dont want play anymore replace them with simex then you got nuffing worry about breaking trust me, my 200tdi snapped a front half shaft at idle rpm in deep mud with simex  dan
There you go. back down to earth. Ok so its a 300tdi so already got the 24's. Know what your saying about the locker. Going to pay a visit to the donnington show and if I can get a deal I'll pick one up (dont tell the wife) kids need shoe's and sh*t. The problem is Im running the Kumos at the moment, 285/75 x16. they come out just over 32 inch and I hear loads of things about the insa and about the size. I deff dont want to go any smaller and the bloke at paddocks told me they are just under 32inch and a little narrower. thats why I wanted the pics of 90's with them fitted. Anyway I've sold the kumos now so looks like I'm getting the insa. I'll keep you posted..
265/75/16s are 31.6 inches diameter*235/85/16s are 31.7 inches diameter*Sidewall = 265/25.4*75/100 = 7.8 inchesTotal sidewall = 7.8x2 = 15.6Wheel = 16 Grand total =31.6 inchesI'd say take a look at my tyre size calculator, but my website is no more. I have the tyre size calc in excel should anyone want a copy (bung in up to 4 tyres sizes for comparison)Matthew
