Have a look at tech archive on LR4x4.com,
http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=4731
There are two posts I could see on hub strip down and rebuild..

It's not a hard job. Should take 45m-1hr to do it for the first time. Any independent will sell you the CV, tab washers and seals necessary. You'll need a hub spanner too for the large 52mm hub nuts. Don't forget to get some EP90 to refill too.
When were your hubs last serviced? If you can't remember it would be a good thing to check the bearings while you are there and replace if necessary along with rear seals. You might want to do other front hub too for peace of mind and the practice
Lastly, if it was me I would drain the diff and re-fill with EP90 at the same time. They do tend to mix and it's better to have all new.
Cheers

if you ask Ashcrofts et al, then yes grease is better, but personally I like EP90 as when you see it leaking out you know that water is getting in and a seal needs changing.
Not that I can do this on my latest one, unless I got round to fitting a drain plug
