Discovery 1 Obsolete Exhaust
« on: February 15, 2007, 16:03:16 »
I have a 93/94 2.5di Automatic.  The intermediate section of the exhaust (from the cast section at the manifold end to the box section) incorporates a flexipipe section.  It needs the whole section replacing but
Land Rover have very kindly made it obsolete and all exhaust places I have tried cannot find it listed.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if it's the same section, but I'm using a 110 downpipe cut to fit.  This gets rid of the need for the flexi pipe which rots away in 5 minutes.

My local Land Rover garage (not dealer) supplied and fitted it.  Worked out much cheaper than the flexi option too.

Hope that helps.
