would a set of standerd heavy duty springs off a disco fit a Def 90?

yes they would i got some bearmach ones for a 90 sold 90 before putting them on so have put them on my disco ta glyn.

ive got range rover heavy duty springs and shocks on a defender 90, makes it sit quite a bit higher too.

yup, mine are disco springs, slightly heaver spring load on them, so with all the cr** thats on mine it remains a 2 inch lift, i found that proper 90 2 inch springs when loaded with the stuff i carry only gave me a 1 inch lift  :roll:
just the ride is abit harder, but never botherd me as its a land rover, not built for comfort  :lol:
