hi has anyone used rebel4x4 that can tell me how long it takes for delivery?

its just i ordered some stuff on wednesday hoping it would arive before the weekend i emailed them just to ask how long delivery is as it doesnt state it on the website but i have had no reply ive even tried to ring them but get no answer. its not that i am complaining but it would just be nice to know roughly when to expect some nice shiny stuff so that i can arrange someone to be there when it comes.

cheers

I've used them a couple of times for chequerplate etc. - their delivery service is dreadfull
Had to chase them loads of times - if you are lucky you will get your order for NEXT weekend !

A telephone prompt on Monday should do the trick - ask for a tracking no. if they say they are already in the post

My order took 2 e-mails over a 2 week period followed by a phone call and then my goods arrived two days later, quality goods but not impressed with the service.

far to many companys are take cash and then not really care.... I think things should be kept a close eye on untill they reach a customers door and a delivery time should always be stated so if somethings gonna take a while and the customer needs it they can opt out and buy elsewhere, end of the day as well as making money your also there to offer a friendly service. thats how i view things and how we personally run things.

I sent them a few emails about a month ago wanting to buy full back body lining for my 90 & 110...still waiting for reply!!
If they don't use email, or want the business....why advertise it??  ](*,)
Did everyone see that?  Because I will NOT be doing it again!

I had an XD9000 winch off them and it only took 4 days to get here, which I thought was quite good seeing as others don't even deliver to the outer islands!
.......And they were the cheapest!

Had one oreder, and apart from them calling me to check the deatils of my card, which were wrong.. ince that was sorted I had kit in 3 days, and even when I called them had no issues with anyone answering the phone.
I just don't think they area very big company, but don't like to advertise the fact, wonder if much of the kit it done to order rather than pre-ordered? Would explain the reasons I guess

No problems at all, however I phoned the order through.

I ordered a blk chq kit and it came in 3 days .When i did place the order they seemed quite a sml outfit as the woman seemed to say that the guy picking my order was busy and would get round to it as fast as poss.
Not some thing i really needed to know also the parts list that came with the chq plate kit seemed to be a bit home computor.
Still they might be a new compny and need to grow a bit and sort out there del probs.

Well they boast of 20 years experience on their website - long enough to sort out delivery probs !
I think the answer has been hit on by a couple of posters - they are quite a small business and are bound to be busier at times and maybe get caught on the hop over delivery/manufacture of parts
I will happily buy from them again - products are good as are prices - just factor in an extra few days for delivery in case of a busy spell
I just wish delivery companies in general would be a bit more honest about delivery times at time of purchase
Last week I had to cancel an order for two sets of waterproofs - I had been waiting 4 weeks and they STILL didn't have them in stock - completely unacceptable - if they had stated at time of order I would have to wait for stock then I might have waited or at least had the option to buy elswhere
