When I picked up my TD5 the radio was not code activated, so I asked Land Rover dealer to check that the code listed on my security card was the correct one for the radio before activating the code. They told me the radio was different to the one listed and would send a fax to Land Rover to find the correct code. Took a week to come back with the code and have activated the code - only to find it doesn't work, so now left without a radio to go on holiday with tomorrow
Will have to contact them again on Monday but suspect will be left waiting another week
