Batteries Again.
« on: April 03, 2007, 18:36:02 »
Hi All.

I have an optima Yellow top in at the moment. Ive had it seven years, and i think its getting a bit tired. Now i have a Huskey Superwinch fitted, i would like to have two batteries and fit a larger alternator.

What batteries go straight it. Meaning two of course. Any batteries will do. Ive seen some on a well known auction site, but im going to sodbury at the weekend. I just want to know, what have you done. And what sizes do you have.

Thanks Wayne.

I use a pair of 096 Heavy Duty batteries, 100 pounds inc vat the pair and 4 year warranty.

This set up is used by many 90 owners using single or twin winches, some have 8274's with XP motors, in normal and challenge use and never a problem.

Cheers

Steve
