according to the workshop manual they are as follows:
outer row 54-61nm or 40-45lbft
centre row 88-95nm or 65-70lbft
inner row 88-95nm or 65-70lbft

Either sling the outer row (4) in the bin or torque them to about 25 LB/FT and thread lock them in. All they do is warp the head and cause the gasket to fail.
