Hellpppp!!! rangie keeps losing power

right I have a 2.8 TD isuzu engine.
went all the way up to accrington tuesday and went very well apart from 20 miles away from home it decided to lose all power. it just wouldn't rev at all.
it wouldn't tick over just stall and if my foot was flat to the floor it would rise to about 1K rpm...
I had to limp it home in low range so the engine didn't work at it.
now and again it would be back to normal for a fe seconds not long.
got in it this morning and was fine for about 5 mins but its back to being power les again.....
any ideas would be much appreciatedd. :)

right it only seems to lose power and die when its warmed up and its on boost.
if it warms up and ticks over its fine.
as soon as its boosts it slowly looses power then lots of smoke out the exhaust till it ends up dying then it takes a little while to start again turning over and over then firing but very rough and just dies again .
but when it finally starts its fine on tick over till you use boost again...... :x :x :x :x :x :x
Does this give anyone m,ore ideas?
Knackered Turbo?? :(

Check intercooler pipes (if it has one)
If not sounds like seals on turbo. Can be fixed . Just need to find seals ?

Seen several good ones sell for £50 so they are about. Ring equifax . Costs £2.50 and they fax your request to 400 breakers.
The breakers then phone you with price and P+P details. Goodway to source parts.
Check 4x4web as well as all makes on there.

Have you looked into importing your car to Spain? apparently if it's classed as a household good then you don't pay duty on it, but there may be a limit to how soon before you go you can buy a car, to prevent you making maney by imigrating with a valuable import that you then sell on.
