hi just wanted to know is it possible to dye a canvass top for the series 3, if so is it hard to do
landy 109 truck-cab ex-mill (currently for sale)
series 2A V6 essex 8)

Can't think of any reason fabric dye won't take to it.

Well, aside from the windows.

Standard method of dyeing cloth is put in in a bucket full of dye. Hope you have a spare bath...

You used to be able to get canvas paint, for tents, so if you can source some of that from a camping spares place

Mind you wonder if exterior wood paint, like what they use on sheds & fences etc work on cannvas

I did mine this weekend, went from blue to black. Do a search on e-bay for canvas paint and a company which sells all sorts of paint popped up. If the canvas is old though you need 2 of the big tins as it soaks in. But applies really nicely with a brush and roller and they do green as well. \:D/

but at least i no that no i could buy one any coulor
