Right its that time...

We go some big tyres which kinda fill up the wheel arch

So for a standard, good lift for a good price, where would you recomend us?

I used Britpart 2" lift kit from paddocks.

Comes with 4 springs and 4 procomp shocks for about £210. You may need new front turret rings as a couple of studs usually snap, paddock can supply these or you can go to landrover, about £6.50 each.

Its quite an easy job until somthing snaps, rounds, goes wrong etc.

Good luck!

Stu.

I got my kit from www.mm4x4.com  this included the turret rings, as i had read allot of accounts of them breaking, and extended brake hoses. I also wanted Pro comp shocks and these worked out the best price at the time, but prices are very similar. They were very helpful, and a speedy delivery too.

Have fun fitting  :D

Got mine from Mill Services, he will make to any length you need. I have +4 on the front and the rear is nearly 1 metre long. remember if you have a +2 lift and later fit -2 turrets +2 hoses will not be long enough. One other thing is you need to look at is the end fittings, ABS and non-ABS are supposed to be different (male or female). Land Rover being Land Rover mine is a non ABS model with ABS fittings!

If your not sure give them a call, quote your chassis no. and requirements and let them do the rest. Just be careful when you fit them the ends can be very delicate!

Good luck
