Bearmach do a complete lit for the 300TDi engine, but not the 200TDi.

300TDi kit is part no STC4096K

200TDi timing parts are as follows:-

ERC5655    water pump gasket
ERR1553    gasket
ERR2530    tensioner timing
ETC8550    belt timing dayco

i got a kit from paddocks.  hmm  i'll go have a look

Do a search for TIMINGKIT200DEF thats what i got and it had everything you needed.

only thing i remember is the tensioner was slightly different and you'll need a spacer or couple of washers on the bolt that holds the tensioner in, unless its a different one now.

rob, you can get them from paddocks or mm4x4
but make sure you get a lower crank seal and timing chest seal too, as its appart you might aswel replace um, rather than 1000 miles down the road

ah well.....the gaskets i dont use and wont use
i use rtv on the timing case cover, i make sure absolutely no water or crud can get in the chest to rip the belt apart

as for the seals, some times they come with the kit, some times they dont, just ask them for a front crank oil seal and a timing chest cover seal

it makes sense to do it really when its apart, wel it does to me  :P

o another thing i do now to forign engines is remove the blinning cam gear retaining bolt and locktight the ******
i had a cam dissapear off into the block and pop its head out at the other end on one engine cos the bolt slackend off then stripped
