My 97 GC is using a lot of water and now feels as if it is not firing all cylinders, could this be a head gasket and if so how much am I looking at getting fixed? :(
Would anyone rcommend me using this...

Just had the same prob with my 97 Cherokee 4.0L, that was the water pump cost about £55 for a new one.

Well Ive just had a mechanic take a look at it and number 1 cylinder is blowing :( I got a quote for £400 + VAT, does this sound reasonable?
