Get in touch with them via the website above. After a period of inactivity they are now being distributed again in the UK, I saw them at Driffield so they are also attending shows etc again.

Give them a call and explain what happened (calmly not blaming them), it surely can't be normal for them to break. I wouldn't go off on one or they will be less likely to help (same with all customer service).

Let us know how you get on.

I must admit... I intrigued by that comment too..

I used to run Rocky Mountain Springs on my Series 2 (springs and the matching procomp made dampers) and never had any issues.

I also had Rocky mountain springe on my series 3, and when one side went weak after i explained what had happened and what i had done to confirm it was the spring at fault he swapped it no problem.

I couldn't have asked for more

Out of interest what colour were they?  I have a black set on a vehicle I'm still rebuilting but my dad has a grey set on his 86".  Aparently the grey ones are built in canada and were the earlyest imported to the UK and still avalable over there.  Black ones are made closer to europe and are now more common this side of the pond so the dealer once told me.  I wonder if there is any quality difference.  Both have the usual oversize bushes and folow the same design aparently.

Have you had a bad experience with the company or the product??

I've delt with them before, and never had a problem.... and didn't have a problem with my springs and dampers either.  But I'm interested to find out it other people have had problems with them?

In some ways I'm more interested in the springs, rather than the company.

Feel free to drop me a pm if your worried it will get deleated again.

Cheers
