Well, last Monday I bought a new window regulator for the Disco from Beamends. It arrived Tuesday but was unusable due to the spot welds coming adrift. Phoned them Wednesday morning, and they said "we will order a new one and check it before dispatch, we will let you know when it will arrive ( hinting at more than a few days thought I ) The good news is that it arrived today (Friday), the better news is that it had an extra bead of weld on it, the even better news is that it is now fitted andworks a treat.
Beamends get my vote for customer service
