Me thinks for a manual, assuming a defender is the same
EP90 for the the transfer box & Diffs
ATF for the gearbox
Source - Halfords!
go for a reputable make like castrol or similar and you wont go wrong - difficult to establish a value or benefit of using the expensive fancy stuff!

Somebody will probably correct me, but IIRC some of the LR gearboxes have an oilpump in them hence the ATF.

I have double checked my manual
Engine (300tdi) for a uk climate down to -15c use 10w/40
manual gearbox ATF dextron II d
Transfer box EP90 for a uk climate down to -15c or EP80 for down to -30c
Diffs and Swivels as per the above
PAS as per above
Props lithium based multipurpose grease
Hope this helps, but it roughly as per what I said in the first place.
cheers

Ta Muchly,
A great help, I have grease conversions on my swivels (aparently) so i assume the samelithium grease for the props will suffice???
Only bought mine a couple of weeks ago so still seeking much appreciated advice

The 'grease' in your swivels is not the same as the sort you would put in the propshaft.
The swivel grease is actually quite runny, allowing it to get all around the CV joints.
Propshaft grease is a more 'normal' type of grease that is more solid.

"One Shot Swivel Grease" - comes in little sachet tube things - one per swivel.
You can either go OEM or alternative.
Near the bottom of the page here -
