I recently went with roadsure for my modified vitara and was very happy with the deal and service they offered. I highly recommend them   :D  :D  :D

I have used roadsure for the last 3 years without problems but this year they have made an absolute mess of my insurance. when I got the papers from them the details were nothing like what had been discussed on the phone and they had me on a policy specifically stating no mods were allowed after I had disclosed all my mods to them. Spoke to the woman on the phone and she reconed they cant put the mods on the policy documents because their computers wont allow it (strange from a alledged specialist) Then spoke to a bloke who sent me another different companys proposal form but they said if it wasnt back in 10 days they would cancel my cover and keep the full payment I had made, only problem is the date on the letter was 7 days earlier than the date they posted it :? .

At the moment I dont even feel confident that I am covered at all and they havent replied to me. Im giving it till the end off the week and if they dont sort it im going to the ombudsman
suffie to say I wont ever use them again

on my quote they did say no mods but after speaking to them they put a form in the post which i listed all the mods etc. no problems there. i am covered for green laneing and they are aware i do fun days too. Roadsure did fully comp with a lower access than A.F could do third party. Subject to there quote (and i'm confindent they will do the best dea)l I'll be going with them again when my Pajero comes up for renewal
