v8 surging.

Hi,

Affriad i've got more issues with my 3.9.

I thought I would reset the base idle, to try and correct the problems when running on petrol, which were just a very rough idle and not very stable. It has to be said that on gas everything was fine. I managed to set it around 600rpm eventually.

Now whats happening is when I lift off the throttle the engine surges forward quite sharply, it did have a tendancy to do it but it's very much worse now and very uncomfortable to drive. on gas it has very little engine braking but no surge at all.

I'm hoping some of you guys can point me in the right direction.

cheers.

Pete.

Well i've got it sorted now. Much to my own embarassment, I forgot to reconnect the MAF meter when I was finishing another little job
