Glow PLugs
« on: July 08, 2007, 17:34:05 »
hey all,
I've just converted my n/a engine to a tdi engine out of a defender. (200tdi) Ive used the existing wire for the glowplugs which come on with the ignition rather that use the timed relay. The thing is the glow plug light on the dash stays on even without the key so i have to disconnect the battery, i don't think that the glowplugs are still on but this light is confusing me! What is the cause of this and how can it be solved?
Cheers
Sam
