clutch fork might of give way :( not good as you have put all that hard work in to it
yes, i know i made the wrong choice when it came to springs, they are discoHD ones bought them with out thinking...as for the clutch, i dont really know its either the bearing or a "selector fork" maby? i dont really know. probibly a good thing, now ill stopp dicking about with it and actually do some work :lol: :lol: :lol:
change the rear springs for some defender pick up rears ( make sure they are for pick up 90's ) and that will solve your problem mate, we got the springs from scorpion, 100 quid inc posting IIRC they cost

just a questionwhat are the braces in the corners of the bends for ?its abit overkill :-.cross brace the rear hoop but braces for the front hoop and rear stays you dont need
