Has anybody else tried talking to their Customer Help line lately? Was trying to find out where my book was that I ordered last week via Express Delivery. The American guy sounded like he was talking underwater, while rustling a paper bag and performing a Darth Vader impression all at the same time!!!!!

Needless to say, I sent an email instead!  :whothedaddy:

previously i send emails and they respond pretty well for a big company

same goes for paypal and ebay (well thats the same people essentially)

never bother ringing anymore

i had to ring netgear to get a psu replaced, ye gods i was on there for ages cos of the lag and line quality ringing abroad :(
