been up since 6!

got snow on the roofs of the cars but nowt on the floor as its too wet  :(

aye just after 8am and no long in from nights.
No snow here and its up at 4 deg.
Haveing to do me santa act with the grandchildren before I get some shut eye.

this is me at work last night with the RMO, (resident doctor)
mmmm well, no much work was done. LOL
