We chaned our gennie to JD's bumper one year to stop the billing gippos nicking it. Then chained that to the windbreak so they wouldnt steal the landy
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

I'd drive it, but I like both shiney and muddy things, so that'd be my tow truck, and all my others (2 S3's and 1980 RR) would be covered in mud.

Isn't the main beauty of a Land Rover the fact that you can bolt bits on, or take bits off, so that it exactly suits your individual needs or wants? And, when your needs change you don't have to buy another vehicle, just change the one that you have........................thinking of a trip overseas next year, anyone got one of those floatation things that bolt on to a series?!!
Spacemud misses his Land Rovers :o(

On another note. A lot of the import 4x4 like the Pajs have a third mirror on the nose, its actually really handy at times, its intended for parking but I've used it getting out of tight spots where people forget that a 4x4 needs more than 1" to get out of a parking space.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

....sorry mate, was that your wing mirror?!

It has been said that, given enough time, a million monkeys bashing at a million typewriters would eventually produce the complete works of Shakespeare. Thanks to the Saxo forums, we now know this to be wrong

It's a bit of fun and something to talk about; bet if it was in a filling station you'd go and talk to the owner?

Not my cup of tea but ive seen a lot worse, better than a Saxo with full body kit £300 a litre paint job, 4 exhausts and tyres thinner than an elastic band!
