« on: August 14, 2007, 22:22:07 »
Ok we have devil ducks in all our vehicles.......... except for the 300tdi we got for hwmbo to take off road........... so my question is this........ can he take the devil duck from his old 200tdi that he is breaking and put it in the 300tdi? He doesnt think we should transfer the duck as it may not like the new motor, he reckons we should just keep it as an ornament in the house  cos it might be bad luck in another motor  what are you views? only serious answers from other duck users please

You'll need to transplant the LRWMS too (LandRover Wing Mirror Spiders)

I dont know what will happen with him in your house.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Having not yet used a duck, i`m in no position to say, but i suspect a duck in the house is a bad idea based on the tme my mums hens got in the house......

Not unless the wolf trailer after a good down pour counts   No we don't have a garden pool and I don't think my neighbours Carp or all the frogs she has would like the "hot rod" duck in question  :(

If the duck has come to its useful end then why not ceramonaly roast it and serve it up for the family one sunday, it should stop it talking to you though it may just move the voice in to your head.

Having just been found by a Devil Duck I cannot comment, mine has made him self very comfy in his new home so I would not like to move him in any way.

As for the wing morror spiders, they appear to be taking over!

Ooooo I have a keyring and a pair of earrings too, think they are smaller than yours Ja   So I think the best thing to do is put hot rod duck into the 300 and see if he likes it, obviously if he doesn't we shall have to find a new home for him (maybe the bathroom) and buy a new duck for the disco  that will be about 7 we have then

...after some discussion with the tribe, i would possibly be persuaded to part with a mini-duck or three in exchange for a devil duck...

thus aiding in both our troubles!

I Apear to have indestructable FGWMS (Fiendish German Wing Mirror Spiders). Waiting for the dead body of the guy that kicked one of the wing mirrors off to turn up. Its only a matter of time...

No but I do with the Czech ones, They tuned my engine, resprayed the scratches and then crossed the line by trying to stick a Skoda badge on my car  However they made a good job of the repairs!
