Back from my holiday...
« on: September 13, 2007, 21:23:27 »
Just got back from the Czech republic, had a great holiday...

Met a guy out there from the UK, he sold his house in Devon and move out there and bourght a 100 acre estate with 3 barns an old stone mill and a house all forv £85000!!!!

To get to it you have to come down a 1/2 mile private track and over a stone bridge.

It was georgous, put my 7 acre plot to shame!!!! However it all needed rebuilding but what a spot in the woods! the house is half way done.

Oh and the track to get to it is 4x4 only!
If want to walk it walk it, if you want to ride it ride it just leave me alone to drive it!

Petersfield is my old patrol area, before I joined the Dark Side, and we live about 8 miles south!

Come back, come back, the time for redemption is nigh!

Its a lovely place to live just so expensive. I lived with my brother on Stone chat close, in Petersfiels then then bourght my first house in Portsmouth. We then wanted something bigger but everything was so expensive, so we moved back to Lincolnshire and got a detached house for less than a semi Hampshire.

I have a lot of happy memories in Petersfield... the old night club "Oscars" and the Folly Wine bar   lazy sunday afternoons by the pond   happy times

We flew in the face of convention and went south. Not the best idea I ever had!

I nearly bourght one in Waterlooville, however all i could afford was among the sprawling masses and I wanted something a bit more rural. To be fair I miss Hampshire lots but moving back to Lincs was a good move for me.

However the fens still scare me!!!!!!
