Someone mentioned that there is a drain plug/valve somewhere on the heater box to let all of the crap out - I am probably being a bit 'fick' but i cant see it anywhere. can someone advise?

I think there is one in the bottom of the air duct that runs from the wing intake to the heater fan... it's at the back of the box at the bottom IIRC.

My heaters worked fine in the 90CSW-V8 & 110Tdi.

Mindst you, the  thick lining & Canine occupants made all the differance in the 110Tdi
