Just took delivery of new wrangler very pleased it has the freedom hard top, have ordered bikini top and some other bits from quadratec. This vehicle will give the defender a run for its money on value for money and standard equipment and performance. If anyone is looking to buy a new vehicle try autoebid saved £2000 on list price of wrangler and had it delivered to door. Its got 2.8vm crd turbo diesel and 6sp box and drives a treat. Have not got it muddy yet still using series for pay and play.

Hold on a minute. You have moved from LR to Jeep? Does this mean you have 'joined the dark side'? If so, welcome!  8)

I'm jealous, wish i could have a JK. Dogs bits, IMO.  8)

Well, it seems a natural progression to move to a Jeep for comfort and reliability from a Land Rover :(biggrin):   I got a Wrangler 4.0 litre in September, as the Rangie would never go more than a month without something going wrong.  (Little did I know I was going to spend 600 quid on getting the sills reattached for the MOT :(bigangry):

When I eventually get the Rangie running again, thats my off road toy and the Jeep is my regular transport (although the odd very, very gentle green lane might tempt me)
